Terms and Conditions
The rules governing access to the Seqnced website. Client engagements are additionally governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
Effective September 26, 2026
01
Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of seqnced.com and any pages, materials, booking tools, or online features made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Seqnced, a business based in the Commonwealth of Virginia (“Seqnced,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
02
Website and services
Seqnced provides information about done-for-you outbound strategy and execution, including market research, targeting, data, infrastructure, messaging, campaign operations, reply routing, educational content, and related services.
The Site is informational and does not itself create a client relationship. Any paid engagement, scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality obligations, or service levels will be governed by a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the engagement.
03
Eligibility and user responsibilities
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate information when using booking forms or other website features and to use the Site only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or operation.
- Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or systematically extract Site content except as permitted by law.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or harmful material.
- Do not use the Site to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
04
No guarantee of commercial results
Case studies, pipeline figures, meeting outcomes, calculator outputs, projections, and examples describe particular circumstances or estimates. They do not guarantee that any visitor or client will achieve the same outcome.
Outbound performance depends on factors including the offer, market, available data, deliverability, timing, competition, approvals, sales follow-up, pricing, product-market fit, and the client’s ability to progress opportunities. Pipeline is not the same as collected revenue.
05
Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, design, branding, graphics, videos, articles, methods, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Seqnced and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own internal, noncommercial evaluation of Seqnced.
You may not republish, sell, license, create a competing content library from, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit Site materials without written permission. “Seqnced,” its logos, and related brand elements may not be used without prior written consent.
06
Information you submit
You retain ownership of information you submit through the Site. You grant Seqnced a limited right to use that information to respond to you, evaluate fit, schedule meetings, provide requested materials, operate the Site, protect against abuse, and comply with law.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through a public website form unless we have specifically asked for it through an approved channel.
07
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or use third-party services, including scheduling, video, hosting, analytics, and social-media providers. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices. A link or integration does not imply endorsement of every statement, product, or service offered by that third party.
08
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Seqnced disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will always be secure, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, investment, accounting, or financial advice.
09
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seqnced and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Site.
For claims arising solely from use of the public Site and not governed by a separate signed agreement, Seqnced’s aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seqnced and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or content you submit through the Site.
11
Virginia law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law and any controlling signed agreement, disputes arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and each party consents to their personal jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days after written notice.
12
Changes and termination
We may update the Site or these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when these terms were last revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our users, our rights, or third parties.
13
Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the booking or contact method available on seqnced.com. Please identify the request as a legal or terms inquiry so it can be routed appropriately.
